Datum:

It is an imaginary line or surface from which vertical distances of different points above or below this line is measured.

In INDIA, The datum adopted for the Great Trignometrical Survey i.e. GTS Survey is the mean sea level (m.s.l.) at Karachi (Pakistan).

I completed my Diploma in civil Engineering and I was University Topper in my Graduation of Civil Engineering. I cleared Maharashtra Public Service Examination for three times in my first attempt only.
